Bill Evans is is a world class saxophonist and producer who made his debut on the international music scene in the 1980’s with Miles Davis (at the age of 21) and recorded 6 records with Davis. This led to touring and recording with John McLaughlin, Herbie Hancock, and Mick Jagger to name a few. Today, with 26 solo albums to date, Grammy nods, and countless collaborations and tours, Evans has continued to explore a dazzling variety of adventurous musical settings as a pioneering bandleader, consistently winning fans in the worldwide arena.

About a decade ago Evans began painting as an alternative form of expression:  "Writing music, you hear the sound that paints a picture in your head. When you paint a picture you see the picture and imagine the sound." His paintings may be enjoyed while listening to his music so that people can both listen to something and look at something by him.

This unique original painting by Evans is evocative of his artistry on the saxophone. You will be inspired while looking at it to listen to a few of his albums! The painting is 5.5 x 8 inches with a 9 x 12 inch matte in a 10 x 13 inch frame.
